Extraordinary Meeting Agenda -15 Aug 2024Following the open meeting in July and the survey circulated to residents last week, an EGM will be held on Thursday 15th August attended by Peter Nathanail of Simonds and Suffolk County Cllr Spicer. There will be the opportunity for residents to ask questions, but the public participation session will be limited to enable the parish council to get on with the business of determining its next steps, so preferably do not reiterate comments already made if you have already submitted these in writing. Councillors will have received a collated copy of all comments in advance of the meeting. Thank you.
